Weston Lee Herndon, age 48 of Liberty, passed away at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Beaumont, TX on March 16, 2014.  Wes was born June 7, 1965 in Houston, TX son of the late Wallace Lee Herndon and Uarda Coe Herndon.  He graduated from Liberty High School in 1983.  Wes was an equipment operator for Schlumberger for twenty-five years.  He loved fishing, the beach, camping, playing football in his younger days and was a diehard Dallas Cowboy fan.  He was a loving son, husband, and father.
Wes was preceded in death by his father; Wallace Lee Herndon.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife; Rheta Herndon of Liberty, TX, mother; Uarda Herndon of Liberty, sons; Reese Herndon of Beaumont, TX, Ethan Herndon of Dayton, TX, daughters; Bailee Jo Caroll and husband Chase of Liberty, TX, Savannah Herndon of Dayton, TX, step-sons; Oliver Neal, Kodi Owen, sister; Holly Herndon Hargis and husband David.
