Eliseo Guadalupe Ortiz passed away on December 16, 2017 at Methodist Hospital in Baytown. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving parents Daisy Pichardo and Felix Ortiz Figueroa, older brother Jesus Ortiz, Grandfather Rodrigo Pichardo, Aunt Lucinda and Uncle Jorge Aguilar.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service from 9am to 11am.
