Jerry was in my class in school. I've lived in Dallas for 50 years so I can't remember everyone I knew as a boy but I remember Jerry well -- for some reason I remember best one afternoon playing baseball in maybe the 7th grade and a bat slipping out of someone's hand and going really far across the field and on --- over by the cemetery. Jerry was a nice people -- I remember that strongly.
