Maxine (Snider) Welch-  age 74, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017, in Hardin, Texas. Maxine was born in Silsbee, Texas on November 26, 1942 as the daughter of the late J.T. Snider and Hazle Aldemord Snider. She enjoyed sewing, fishing, and trips to the casino. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband Johnny Welch, a son Johnny Glenn Welch Jr., three brothers W.T. Snider, J.R. Snider, and Jimmy Snider. She was also preceded by her sister Marie Snider. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Doug Welch, daughter Sara Walden, son Jerry Lee Welch, brothers Frank Snider, Freddie Snider, D.R. Snider, and Robert Snider. She also leaves her grandchildren Bridget Welch and husband Keith Bertling, Chris Welch, A.J. Welch, Kandis Welch, Ben Welch and wife Alysha, Bethany Welch, Stephanie Crane and husband Ryan, and Mickey Walden. In addition, she leaves sixteen great grandchildren, and host of other relatives and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation for Maxine will be held Monday July 31, 2017 from 5-8PM at Allison Funeral Service, 1101 N. Travis Liberty, Texas. Funeral Services to be held 2PM Tuesday August 1, 2017 at the funeral home with burial to follow in Hardin Chapel Cemetery.
