Ardith Anthony Dombrose, age 55 of Liberty, passed away July 31, 2017 in Houston, TX.  Ardith was born March 30, 1962 in San Jose, California, son of Arthur and Portia McCoy Dombrose.  He graduated from high school in San Diego, California and lived in Liberty for twenty-two years.  He worked for Bill Lindsey Construction for twelve years before retiring.  Ardith was known around Liberty as the man on the scooter.  He was a kind and gentle man as well as a hard worker.  You could always see him outside working.  One of Ardith’s biggest fans was John Wayne.

Ardith was preceded in death by his mother.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of thirty-three years; Lisa Dombrose of Liberty, father; Arthur Dombrose of Florida, daughters; Tiffany Hill and husband David, Melissa Gilliam and husband Donnie, Mandy Vanderpool, Brittney Dombrose, sons; Michael A. Dombrose and wife Destiny, Michael M. Dombrose and eight grandchildren.
