Audra “Marti” Martrell Vaughn, 48, of Raywood, Texas passed away, October 5, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 15, 1969 in Liberty, Texas to Earnest Gayle Vaughn and Audra Wallace Vaughn.

Audra was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. She loved to dance, remodel homes and spend time on the water. She was strong, independent and generous. Audra loved unconditionally. She genuinely liked being around people - it’s been said that she never met a stranger. Her beautiful smile will forever be remembered.

Through-out the years, Audra had several jobs including Armadillo Graphics, Anderson’s and Hardin Grocery. Most recently, she worked at The Vindicator in Liberty, Texas. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Audra was preceded in death by her father, Gayle Vaughn; brother Rocky Vaughn; and maternal grandparents, Edmon and Martrell Fregia. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Tierney Young and Avery Hall; mother Audra Vaughn; sisters Roxanna Lynch and husband Arthur, Nicole Vaughn, granddaughter Amelia Hall and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 1pm to 2pm on Saturday, October 14, 2017 in the chapel of Allison Funeral Service, 1101 N. Travis Liberty, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 2pm at Allison Funeral Service. A graveside service and committal will immediately follow at Guedry Cemetery in Batson, Texas.
