Billie Diane Duff, age 65 of Liberty, went to be with the Lord on August 16, 2017 at her residence in Liberty.  Diane was born June 4, 1952 in Liberty, TX daughter of the late Clarence Wilburn Duff and Billie Janice Montingh Duff.  Diane was always known around this area as Dot.  She graduated from Hardin high School in 1975 and was a sales clerk for many years.  Diane was a member of the Hardin Baptist Church for fifty plus years.  She was very active in church duties as serving as a Sunday school teacher and taking part in the Vacation Bible School.  Diane loved her church as well as her family.  Her nieces and nephews were her life and she loved children.  She will be missed by all.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents, and grandparents; Jim & Elma Duff and G.C. & Daisy Ray Montingh.  She leaves behind to cherish her memory, brothers; Jerry Duff and wife April of Hardin, Terry Duff and wife Jackie of Louisiana, sister; Brenda Brantley of Dayton, TX, nieces and nephews; Jana Bowser and husband Jacob, Brandi Duff, Jason Duff and wife Kati, Hanna Duff, Kaetlyn Duff and numerous great nieces and nephews.  In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in memory of Diane to the Hardin Baptist Church Scholarship Fund.
