Francis Eloise (Williams) Vaughan

Francis Eloise Williams Vaughan- age 83 went home to be with the Lord January 19, 2019 at her home. Eloise was born November 25, 1935 in Waldo, Arkansas the daughter of the late Jesse Hunter Williams and Edna Irene Chambliss Williams. Eloise enjoyed dancing, listening to music, and watching all of her favorite Texas sports teams. Eloise was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord. She kept in touch with her friends from High School, known as the “Fabulous Five” and never missed a reunion. Eloise also enjoyed attending family reunions in Bearden, Arkansas. She was blessed by modern medicine, she was the oldest living recipient of the Medtronic defibulator. She will be remembered for the lessons she taught her children; to work hard, put God first, take care of family, love everyone, forgive freely, and help when you can. After her father’s death Eloise took over and ran the family saw mill, she also was a homemaker, and attended Business School in 1954 in Texarkana. Eloise was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband Bobby Ray Vaughan, sister Marjorie Marie Belt, brother Charles Edward Williams, and a grandson William “Bill” Moore. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters Debra M. Moore and her husband Butch of Liberty, Teresa Ann LaFour and her husband Sidney of Liberty, and a son Jesse Vaughan of Liberty. In addition, she leaves her grandchildren Richard Moore, Stephanie Neuman, Terrica Roberson, and Trenton LaFour as well as three nieces and a nephew. A special thank you to Tabitha Rogers for all of her care and support. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Visitation for Eloise will be held Wednesday January 23, 2019 from 5-8PM at Allison Funeral Service, 1101 N. Travis Liberty, Texas 77575.
