Jimmy Glenn Myrick, age 70 of Dayton, TX, passed away in Conroe, TX July 1, 2017 with his loving family by his side.  Jimmy was born April 2, 1947 in Hardin, TX, son of the late Robert Clifton Myrick and Alberta George Bush Myrick.  Jimmy worked for the Texas Department of Corrections in Dayton for several years before retiring.  He loved fishing and hunting but most of all loved taking care of his loving wife Marie.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents and a brother; Robert Myrick.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of fifty-two years; Marie Myrick of Dayton, daughter; Tina O’Quinn and husband Ray of Cleveland, TX, son; Glenn Myrick and wife Renee of Magnolia, TX, brother; Doyle Myrick of Crosby, TX, sisters; Mary Bitner of Mount Belvieu, TX, Ivy O’Quinn and husband Doyle of Lumberton, TX, Wanda Myrick of Liberty, TX, Jeanette Myrick of Baytown, TX, honorary daughters; Teresa Siemeck and Stacey Burns, grandchildren; Paige Morrison, Kyle Collins, Lynndsey Handcock, Matthew Myrick, Courtney Myrick and great-grandchild; Ellie Myrick.
