Paul Rayburn Sensing

Paul Rayburn Sensing, 62, of Dayton, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Methodist Hospital in Houston, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 18, 1956 in Clarksville, Tennessee to Willie Ray Sensing and Barbra Ann Tomson Sensing.

Paul was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Paul was a United States Marine and was proud of his military service. After being honorably discharged from the service, he worked as a HVAC Supervisor for the Goose Creek Independent School District for thirty years. Paul was a quiet, gentle, caring man and mentor to many. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to his family, friends, co-workers and neighbors. Paul was an amazing father to his two daughters. They both defined him as the definition of what a dad is supposed to be. He was always supportive and encouraging. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and just being outdoors. Paul will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents and cousin Bobby Sensing. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife and mother of his children Janet Lee McNurlin-Sensing; his two cherished daughters Brandi Harper and husband Joseph. Ginger Minton and fiancé Mark Kelm, Jr.; sister Cynthia Glandt, brother William Ray Sensing, wife Meriam and family; husband Bob and family; Uncle Ross Sensing and family; Aunt Irene Gudgeon and family; granddaughters Samantha Ellis and husband Nick, Jasmine Parrish, Jessica Parrish, Dakota Kelm; grandsons Aaron Stewart, A.J. Parrish, Blake Green-Kelm, great-granddaughters Aurora Willard, Adeline Ellis and numerous other loving relatives and friends.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 1pm-3pm on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 in the chapel of Allison Funeral Service, 1101 N. Travis Liberty, Texas 77575. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 3pm at Allison Funeral Service.
