Phillip Elwood Isham

Phillip Elwood Isham – age 56 of Liberty passed away August 13, 2018 in Houston. Philip was born in Liberty, Texas November 3, 1961 the son of the late Fred Louis Isham and Daisy Marie Hayes Isham. Phillip enjoyed deer hunting, making venison jerky, gardening, and wood working. Phillip enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and children most of all. He will be remembered for his love and kindness and his willingness to lend a hand to anyone in need. He worked as an electrician and also volunteered his time at SOS in Liberty. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as two brothers and a sister. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter Candace Nihcole Pavliska and husband Franklin Dominic, son James Matthew Isham Sr. and wife Brittany Houston Isham, son Tanner Kyle McCleskey and wife Angela Halona Hood, sisters Nina Ochoa and husband Ed, Merel Fenton, Patricia Wells and husband John Dixson, Carlene Elmore and husband George, and two brothers James Isham and Matt Hayes. In addition Phillip leaves his grandchildren: Dominic Gage Pavliska; James Matthew Isham Jr.; Landen Earl Hood; Sofia Michelle Pavliska; Savana Kimberly Isham; and Raiden Kyle McCleskey. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and additional family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services for Phillip will be held 2PM Thursday August 16, 2018 at Allison Funeral Service, 1101 N. Travis Liberty, Texas.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial to immediately follow the service in Fairlawn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Phillip’s memory to the A.C.E. League at www.allcanexperience.org.
