Timothy Wayne Jones

Timothy Wayne Jones was born on April 4, 1952, and went to be with Jesus on April 16, 2024. He was a dedicated and respected employee at Marathon Oil and Kinder Morgan. Tim was an avid investor and enjoyed instructing others on navigating the Stock Market. He was also a talented stained-glass artist.

Tim graduated from Stephen F. Austin University in 1974. He was a member of Houston's First Baptist Church, and he loved listening to the sermons of Charles Stanley online and reading his devotionals each morning.

Tim was preceded in death by his father, William Timothy Jones, and his mother, Elaine Stokes Jones. He is survived by his sister, Jennifer Bishop, of Trussville, Alabama, and his three nieces: Rebecca Bishop of Trussville, Alabama; Elizabeth Holton (Paul) of Madison, Alabama; and Anna Rambo (Dr. Philip) of Andover, Kansas. He is also survived by his four great nephews: Neil, Caleb, Miles, and Owen Rambo.
