Eloy and I send our heartfelt condolences. We are so very sorry for your family's loss. I truly enjoyed working with Phyllis when she was over the Precursor Chemical program. She knew her business well and was good at it. She was passionate about her work and her family. Her contagious laughter and smart wit will be missed.
